Refund Policy

Full refunds will be made on all cancelled rooms. Registration refunds will be made according to the following schedule:

Full Refund: Through February 25, 2010
50% Refund: February 26 - March 10, 2010
No Refund: March 11-25, 2010

Substitutions for your registration may be made. However, only one copy of symposium materials will be offered per registration. Please submit substitution information in advance of the event.

Can’t Attend?
