On May 1, 2009, the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel will present the Diversity in the Law and Ethics and the Legal Profession Conferences at the Union League Club of Chicago. These conferences are being presented to fulfill the requirement that all Illinois attorneys earn four hours of professionalism/ethics credit during their reporting period.

Professionalism is a wide umbrella of values encompassing competence, civility, legal ethics, integrity, commitment to the rule of law, to justice and to the public good. The goal of this Conference is to fulfill the requirement while making our attendees better attorneys.
