Financial Hardship Policy
The IDC ensures access to its continuing legal education programs through a discount program.
All Attorneys may apply for a reduced course fee to attend CLE programs sponsored by the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel (IDC) based on financial hardship. Those attorneys earning less than $30,000 shall pay 50% of applicable course fees.
Under this policy any attorney who desires a reduced course fee to attend CLE programs sponsored by the IDC shall submit an Affidavit of Financial Hardship to the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, P.O. Box 3144, Springfield, IL 62708-3144, no later than 30 working days prior to the program.
