IDC Quarterly

For years, the IDC has published a scholarly legal journal that features articles on current tort topics and matters of interest to the defense bar. This journal, the IDC Quarterly, is an award-winning publication that is distributed to over 2,100 people each quarter.

The publication is overseen by an editorial board and features articles on topics such as civil rights, commercial law, electronic discovery, employment law, evidence and practice tips, health law, medical malpractice, product liability, professional liability, property insurance, technology law, and workers compensation law. Many articles offer practical advice and procedural "nuts and bolts" information.

Members of IDC are encouraged to consider submitting articles for inclusion in the Quarterly. If you are interested in writing for the Quarterly, please follow this link to learn more.
